The question of suffering is as old as mankind. If God is good and He's all powerful, why is there so much suffering in the world? Psalm 22 sets out to explain the experience of a sufferer who is in anguish but also has full trust in the Lord. Psalm 22 is also quoted by the Lord Jesus as he dies on the cross.
